If it is going too fast or too slow, adjust your record player speed to 45 rpm (If you are having issues changing yours, Look up the model of your record player and search how to change the record speed)

To upload an Apple Voice Note or Voice Memo you can screen record you playing the voice note/voicememo and then upload it into the editor as a video.

If you would like more than one of the same record with the same audio on it you can adjust the quantity at checkout. If you would like to order more than one, but with different audio for each. First, complete one order/edit first, and then purchase. Then place another order with the different audio and purchase that one separately.

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged custom records. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for reasons other than defects are not accepted.

Due to the storage cost of media we can store your concatenated video on our cloud (Managed by AWS) for 3 months. You will have 3 months to edit your beautiful story and purchase a record. Once you place the order, your videos are deleted from the cloud but the audio is saved to your profile, so you can acces the digital audio file anytime by signing into your account. If you're not done editing within 3 months, unfortunately, your videos will be deleted from the cloud and you will need to restart the edit. If you would like to extend the time contact us at tempora.life@gmail.com and we can extend by 7 days.

After your purchase we delete your video/audio from the cloud and save the finished audio to your personal profile, where you can access it anytime by signing in. Upon checkout of your order you can choose whether or not you would like your video or audio possibly used for marketing/promotion (Does not guarantee that we will use it) If you accept, your audio will be entered into a monthly competition for who has the best audio of the month. If you win, you will receive a free record or a refund of your previous order. Whichever one you prefer. Winners will be announced Monthly through Email and Social Media
